App access
Approved users can open One-Pochi at onepochi.com/app. If you cannot access the app, your Google account may not be approved yet, your workspace may not be active, or your paid status may need review.
- Use the same Google account you used for beta approval.
- Ask your workspace owner to confirm you are a member.
- Contact support if you believe you should have access.
Workspace setup
One-Pochi creates or connects to a Google Sheet-backed workspace. Workspace owners should keep that sheet in a Google Drive location they control and review sharing settings before inviting users.
Google permissions
One-Pochi uses Google OAuth. You can revoke permissions from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access may prevent the app from reading or writing to your CRM workspace.
Billing questions
During beta, approved access may be free. Paid plans are expected to use Stripe. For billing questions, refunds, or plan status, email support.
Data export and deletion
Because CRM records live in Google Sheets, workspace owners can export or back up data directly from Google Sheets. For account deletion, support, or data access requests, contact support.
